These terms cover your use of jubyr.com, jubyr.tools, and the booking and event tools Jubyr LLC (“Jubyr,” “we,” “us”) runs for our venues and clients, including Margolis. By using these sites or submitting a form through them, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and reservations

Submitting a booking, reservation, or performer inquiry through our forms is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only official once we confirm it with you directly, typically by email. Details like guest counts, cover charges, and bar minimums are set at that time and may be adjusted with your agreement.

Host and DJ accounts

If you create a self-service host or DJ account, you’re responsible for keeping your login and profile information accurate and for anything submitted through your account. We can suspend or remove access for accounts that misuse the tools or don’t follow venue policies.

Communications

Giving us your phone number as part of a booking, reservation, ticket purchase, or host or DJ account lets us text you about that booking — confirmations, reminders, deadlines, and day-of coordination. Marketing texts about upcoming events, ticket drops, and lineups are separate and optional: they need a checkbox you tick yourself, and agreeing to them is never a condition of booking, buying a ticket, or completing any transaction with us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full detail is on our Messaging Terms page and in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use our sites or tools to submit false information, interfere with how they work, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.

Intellectual property

The design, code, and content of these sites belong to Jubyr LLC unless otherwise noted, and aren’t to be copied or reused without permission.

No warranty

Our sites and tools are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee they’ll be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Jubyr LLC isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our sites or tools. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our tools and services change. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
